Each user may hold only one active account on 4444w. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF, IP address, device, or residential address is expressly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with any bonus balances forfeited. The 4444w may request identity verification documents at any time — including a photo ID (national ID card or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. The 4444w offers Sports Betting across more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and major state championships), basketball (NBB and NBA), UFC and MMA, volleyball (men's and women's Superliga), tennis (ATP and WTA), and e-sports. The availability of specific markets may vary depending on the event.
A bet is confirmed at the moment the 4444w displays the confirmation message with the ticket number. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to the bet, regardless of any subsequent changes. Bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant sports authority — CBFS, CBF, UFC, LNB, among others. In the event of an appeal or a result altered by a subsequent court ruling, the original settlement remains valid unless the competent federation determines otherwise.
Live bets are subject to brief suspension periods following significant in-game events (goals, red cards, decisive points), during which new tickets cannot be confirmed. Cash out — full or partial — is available for eligible bets, and the value offered reflects real-time odds. Bets settled via cash out are considered resolved at the moment of closure; the resulting amount does not count toward bonus rollover.
In the event of a technical error resulting in the publication of odds clearly outside market range (typographical error, feed failure), the 4444w reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds and refund the staked amount. The user will be notified by email of any cancellation of this nature.

The welcome bonus of the 4444w is available exclusively to users making their first deposit into a new account. The specific terms of each package — match percentage, maximum amount, rollover, minimum odds, and validity period — are detailed on the Welcome Bonus. As a general rule, the standard rollover is 30x the bonus amount, with a 30-day period and a minimum odd of 1.50 for Sports Betting.
The 4444w offers additional promotions for active users, including weekly cashback, odds boosts, and free spins for VIP Program members. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the platform. The 4444w reserves the right to end or modify ongoing promotions, with at least 48 hours' notice to users who have already activated the promotion.
The 4444w monitors usage patterns that indicate bonus abuse — including systematic betting on opposing markets (arbing), multiple accounts, and betting exclusively on heavy favorites to meet rollover requirements. In confirmed cases of abuse, the bonus balance and associated winnings may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
The VIP Program of 4444w has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Each user's tier is determined automatically based on cumulative betting volume over monthly periods. The benefits at each tier — cashback, odds boosts, differentiated withdrawal limits, and a dedicated account manager — are detailed on the VIP Program. VIP level is calculated based on valid bets placed with real balance; bets placed with bonus balance contribute partially to the calculation, at the percentage stated on the program page. The 4444w may adjust the criteria and benefits of the VIP Program with 30 days' prior notice to affected users.

Access to the platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. The 4444w performs age verification at registration and may request supporting documentation at any time. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any deposits made will be returned to the verified legal guardian.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@4444w.net. After closure, any available real balance will be processed via Pix within 5 business days. Unmet bonus balance is cancelled with no right to compensation.
The 4444w reserves the right to close or suspend accounts in the following cases: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity; multiple accounts for the same user; provision of false information at registration; confirmed bonus abuse. In the event of a technical failure that prevents bets from being placed or settled, 4444w will investigate the incident and apply the fairest resolution for the user, which may include a refund of the amount wagered or settlement at the odds confirmed before the failure. Connection failures on the user's end are not the platform's responsibility.
The 4444w may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian law, industry regulations, or platform features. Users will be notified of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute between the user and 4444w that cannot be resolved directly through support will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo — SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged. Before resorting to legal action, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through the platform's support channel for a minimum of 30 days.
